Silent Hill Revelation 3D will Hit Theaters October 26th

Coming fresh off the best Silent Hill in years (spoilers for my review),  Director Michael J Bassett, announced on his blog today that that the second feature length Silent Hill movie will be hitting the theaters October 26th of this year.

The movie appears to be a loose remake of Silent Hill 3, and judging by the screenshots looks at the very least get the location correct (again). I know there were a lot of haters of Hollywood’s first foray into the series, but I for one applaud their attempt at trying to take such an abstract story and do it justice.

Personally I hope they take a page from Clue and have different endings based on the location it is screened. Dog ending anyone?
