‘The Humans Are Coming’ Take Video Game Music to a New Level

I’ve been keeping this little gem under my hat for a few weeks now and it’s been killing me! Friends of the site ‘On Being Human’ have been working on a project of epic music mayhem. Simply called ‘The Humans Are Coming!’, members of On Being Human (a band made up of film, television and video game composers) come together to perform their rendition of infamous video game music.

And for their first episode premiering on RetroWare TV they’ve selected a song near and dear to my heart: Ken’s Theme from Street Fighter II. So I’ll dispense with the niceties and let you soak in the sweet audio and visual candy. Tasty!

BTW: The logo for ‘The Humans are Coming’ was doing by yours truly with the help of some amazing input from the band themselves. We’re both very proud of what we created and feel it’s a great representation of the band.
